Candidate Must have a Degree in Actuarial Sciences or Insurance related Professional Courses with proven experience in a managerial role for a minimum of 5 years, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Candidate should be accustomed in building/developing business with internal and external clients
Candidate is required to manage renewal cycles in accordance with underwriting guidelines and ensure renewal retention.
Candidate is required to be apt in following up and maintain continuous contact with brokers /agents and other intermediaries ensuring their needs are met.
Candidate is desired to be up to date in market intelligence and enhance competitive ability.
Candidate is required develop technical skills and capabilities of staff at the necessary branch and provide a source of training in supporting the delivery of branch objectives.
Candidate is required to identify, implement and bench mark best practices in management.
