We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources team. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the HR community and business leaders, advising and influencing to take actions on employee relations and workforce solutions topics.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years’ human resources experience demonstrating a solid understanding of multiple human resources subject areas including employee relations, workforce management and HR operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • People management experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Self-direction and bias for action
  • Ability to use data to make recommendations which effectively resolve issues and/or improve operations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
